Group Maintenance
The Group Maintenance form displays pertinent information about the group. This is where you create a new group, edit information on an existing group, delete a group, and lookup a group.

Group Maintenance Section - Field Definitions
Group - The unique identification code for this group.
Form - The form name to be assigned specifics rights.
View - When checked allows the user the rights to to view the form.
Edit - When checked allows the user the rights to edit the contents of the form.
Add - When checked allows the user the rights to add a new record.
Del - When checked allows the user the rights to delete the current record displayed on the form.
Print - When checked allows the user the rights to print the record displayed on the form.
Check Box - This group of check boxes; General Ledger, Account Receivables, Account Payables, Inventory Control, FRT, Message, Request for Quotation, Quotation, Purchase Order, Sales Order, Invoice, EDI, Payroll, Point of Sale, System are the main sections of the VFP 2000 system. To grant access to any of these sections, check the appropriate box. To deny access leave the box unchecked. If the box is left unchecked, the menu item associated with that section will be disabled.
